2000KW Diesel Engine Generating

The 2000KW Diesel engine generator uses the H16V190ZLD engine produced by Jinan Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. as the original power, and is composed of a Siemens brushless three-phase synchronous generator (Siemens authorized domestic production) and a control panel produced by an advanced manufacturer.

The 2000KW generator set has the characteristics of accurate voltage regulation, good dynamic performance, small voltage waveform distortion, high efficiency, compact structure, convenient maintenance, reliable operation, long life, and high cost performance.

Using the latest internal combustion engine development methods, the advanced technology and mature parts products of today's international high-power internal combustion engine industry have been adopted, so that the machine has made great progress in increasing the average effective pressure, reducing fuel consumption and emissions, and improving the reliability and safety of use while expanding the power of the original 190 series diesel engine. It is widely used in oil drilling, ship power, offshore drilling platforms, power generation and other fields.

Multiple diesel units (power stations) can be operated in parallel during use, and the units can be the main and standby units for each other.

 

Manual parallel connection and disconnection: First, start one unit as the main generator set. When the unit needs to be manually paralleled, start the standby generator set. When its voltage, frequency, temperature and other parameters reach the specified values, manually adjust the frequency and voltage of the unit, and observe the synchronization table on the control panel. When synchronization is achieved, press the closing button to synchronize the main and standby units for power supply. When disconnection is required, manually adjust the frequency of the standby unit and transfer its load to the main unit. Then press the opening button to disconnect the standby unit.

Automatic parallel connection and disconnection: When automatic parallel connection is required, first start the standby gas generator set. When its voltage, frequency and temperature and other parameters reach the specified values, set the "manual/automatic" conversion switch on the control panel to the "automatic" position, and the parallel control system automatically tracks the voltage, frequency and phase of the main unit; when the two are synchronized, they automatically close the switch and automatically average the active power. When decoupling is required, press the "decoupling" button on the standby unit control panel, and the parallel control system will automatically control the standby unit to transfer its load to the main unit, and then the standby unit will automatically open the switch and decoupling.
