Monitor and adjust system operating parameters, such as temperature, pressure, flow and supply of reducing agent, to optimize denitrification effect.

2,Catalyst & Converter

Reaction chamber: The place where the flue gas comes into contact with the reducing agent, usually a vertical or horizontal pipe with a catalyst inside.

SCR catalyst: A substance used to promote the NOx reduction reaction, usually a metal oxide or a composite material of metal oxide and other elements.

 

The main reaction principle of SCR catalyst denitrification:

Urea solution passes through the mixing tube, and the ammonia produced by thermal decomposition/hydrolysis is fully mixed with the exhaust gas of the unit and enters the reactor equipped with catalyst for chemical reaction to generate nitrogen and water vapor. The effective NOx conversion rate can reach 98%.

 

Urea hydrolysis: CO(NH2)2 + H2O = NH2CO2NH4=2NH3 + CO2

Urea Pyrolysis: CO(NH2)2=NH3+HNCO, 8HNCO+6NO2=8CO2+4H2O+7N2

Air supply air supply system: Air compressor CA air compressor, Air valve kit DRV air valve group.

If the customer provides compressed air, we provide air valve group; if there is no compressed air available, we provide air compressor integrated in SEP.

Reactant supply: Responsible for delivering reductant to the reactor to ensure sufficient reductant to fully react with NOx. 40% mass concentration, 32.5% urea solution is optional. Urea consumption is related to the removal effect and debugging situation.
