3. Service life and protection of ammonia spray guns. When the SNCR denitrification spray gun nozzle is working in a pawn environment, the water pressure and air pressure do not exceed 0.6Mpa, so the wear on the nozzle is very small. The spray gun is equipped with a protective sleeve, and the nozzle is completely placed in the protective sleeve to prevent high temperature, high dust and high-velocity flue gas from wearing the spray gun nozzle. Ammonia spray guns can be used for cooling and dust removal. Thermal power plants, cement plants, refractory material processing plants and coal-fired boilers will generate a lot of smoke and exhaust gas during production and operation. The finer the better, but the particles should be moderate. If the particles are too fine, the penetration is too poor, which reduces the denitrification efficiency. Moreover, if the particles are too large, due to the fast flue gas flow rate, the spray particles cannot be completely vaporized in a short time, and sometimes dripping will occur, resulting in furnace pipe burst. 6. Ammonia spray gun determines the position of the spray gun to determine the gas temperature inside the boiler. When using urea solution, try to set the position within the temperature range of 950±50. When using ammonia solution, try to set it within the range of 900±50 degrees, avoid the flame, and generally ensure a reaction time of more than 0.5 seconds, and the mixing degree should be better. The selection of the spray gun position is the key place of the entire SNCR system. The spray gun installation should be slightly tilted downward and must be extended to a certain safe distance. The selection of the appropriate ammonia spray gun position is mainly achieved through two ways:
①CFD flow field simulation to determine the best spray gun injection point;
②By installing a temperature sensor to test the temperature distribution in the furnace, determine the spray gun injection position.
