1000KW Biogas Generator
The 1000KW Biogas generator set can be equipped with a Siemens series brushless excitation pole-stabilized motor, automatic voltage regulation, and can be equipped with motor bearing and coil temperature measurement devices according to user needs. Anti-condensation heaters can be installed in humid areas, and cooling water preheating devices can be installed in cold areas. Special parts for gas generator sets (such as spark plugs, high-voltage coils, digital ignition modules, electronic speed control systems, load control systems, etc.) are all imported brand-name products with excellent reliability.
The unit adopts electric starting mode, electric and manual pre-supply oil pumps. The unit's electric starting, electric pre-supply oil and electronic speed control system use 24V DC power supply, equipped with batteries and chargers. The unit is skid-mounted, and the engine, generator and heat exchanger share a common chassis. Fans and radiators can be configured to form an integral (or split) closed unit according to factors such as the climatic conditions of the user's area of use. The unit is complete and reliable, and has remote monitoring and control functions.

The power station mainly includes the generator room, low-voltage control room, high-voltage control room, transformer, external circulation cooling system, waste heat recovery system, desulfurization system, pump room, and spare parts warehouse. The unit operating parameters can be transmitted to the central monitoring room through the remote communication system.
generator room: Multiple generator sets are arranged in it. The generator room can adopt a simple steel structure or a brick and tile structure. The walls in the machine room should have noise reduction measures. The generator room should be well ventilated (semi-enclosed) to ensure sufficient fresh air entering, and equipped with axial flow fans for forced ventilation, including air supply and exhaust. The waste heat recovery device can be equipped with a working platform above the unit. The cooling pipelines, cables, and gas pipelines in the generator room should be concealed (installed underground). The generator room and the control room should be equipped with soundproof observation windows.

In addition, the intake system of the 1000KW Biogas generator set has taken necessary anti-corrosion measures against the corrosiveness of sulfides (such as the anti-corrosion type of the intercooler). The sulfur content in the biogas exceeds the specified standard too much. Although it does not affect the operation of the unit, it affects the service life of the relevant parts of the intake system. It is recommended to match the desulfurization treatment equipment according to the biogas flow requirements. The characteristics of the dry desulfurization method for desulfurization treatment: simple structure, no need for special personnel on duty during the working process, regular replacement of desulfurizer (special carbon iron compound), one in use and one in reserve, alternating operation.
