Features of 500KW Biogas Generator Set closed-loop electronically controlled external mixing biogas generator:
Pre-supercharger mixing technology, gas and air are sucked in at the same time in the compressor, suitable for low-pressure gas.
Use the control system to accurately control the air-fuel ratio to achieve a high air-fuel ratio and realize lean combustion.
Single-point injection of gas and air-fuel ratio closed-loop control technology to achieve closed-loop control of air-fuel ratio (λ). The engine can automatically adjust the amount of air and gas in a timely manner according to different working conditions and different speed requirements, so that the engine can run in the best state.
The efficient and reliable intake and exhaust system design uses advanced high-pressure ratio and large-flow superchargers to increase the flow area of the intake pipe and improve the intake efficiency. The high-efficiency and low-resistance intercooler and plate oil cooler with German technology are used to improve the cooling efficiency and increase the cooling area of air and lubricating oil.
The high-energy and high-reliability MIC-500 ignition system is selected to make the combustion of each cylinder of the engine more stable and uniform.
