The gas supply system of 600kw Biogas Generator includes desulfurization equipment, pressure regulating tank, gas pipeline system, etc. The main gas pipeline of multiple units should be thickened according to the number of units to balance the pressure and avoid the phenomenon of gas grabbing when multiple units are running.
Our company can provide an optional exhaust waste heat recovery device for the 600kw Biogas Generator. The exhaust temperature of the gas engine is generally 500℃, which can fully recover its heat and improve the comprehensive utilization rate of the unit. According to the specific requirements of the heat demand unit provided by the user, a waste heat recovery device that meets the user's requirements can be customized to generate hot water or steam for heating, bathing or other production heat. Professional manufacturers are responsible for installation guidance and technical training.
The low-voltage control room is arranged with the unit control cabinet, low-voltage power distribution cabinet, neutral point cabinet, low-voltage switch cabinet, battery cabinet, etc. When multiple units are used, it is recommended that every two unit control cabinets be connected to a low-voltage switch cabinet (2000A/400V) through the busbar, and the low-voltage switch cabinet outgoing line is connected to the transformer. The low-voltage control room can monitor the unit and perform grid-connection and decoupling operations. The low-voltage power distribution cabinet controls the low-voltage power distribution of the relevant units of the power station (lighting, axial flow fans, water pumps, starters, etc).
