Why does the diesel generator power drop?

Some parts of the diesel generator set will be affected and the power of the diesel generator equipment will change.

The main reasons are:

1. The ignition time is not correct and needs to be adjusted;

2. The fuel filter is too dirty and the injection volume is insufficient. It needs to be replaced or cleaned;

3. The air filter is too dirty and the air intake is insufficient. At this time, the air filter needs to be cleaned or replaced.

When the engine of the diesel generator set is working, many parts slide or rotate relative to each other at a very high speed under a certain load, such as pistons and cylinder sleeves, crankshafts and bearings. Although the surfaces of these parts are lubricated to varying degrees, as the working time increases, the contact surfaces will inevitably wear due to friction, gradually destroying the original size and geometry.

This normal wear is generally "natural wear" and is inevitable. The power of the diesel engine is also related to the amount of air and the amount of diesel that can be burned. At the same time, air temperature and humidity will also affect the power of the diesel engine. High air temperature and high humidity will also reduce the power of the diesel engine.
