What does a sewage treatment operation and maintenance company need to do?

Wastewater treatment operation and maintenance companies must:

Ensure the proper operation of pumping station facilities, and that metering, monitoring, and testing equipment operate properly and provide accurate readings.

Regularly inspect and adjust the aeration tank water distribution system and the return sludge distribution system to ensure uniform sewage and sludge distribution between series or tanks.

Strictly implement hygiene and safety regulations, wearing rubber gloves and other labor protection measures when dispensing chemicals.

Perform thorough analysis, measurement, and record keeping.

Strengthen inspections of inventory chemicals to prevent deterioration and ineffectiveness. Particular attention should be paid to ferrous sulfate. Chemicals should be used in a "store before use" manner.

Regularly calibrate dosing and metering equipment, and replace them when necessary, to ensure accurate measurement.

Establish an operation and maintenance management log to promptly and systematically record operation and maintenance progress.
