The International Finance And Frontier Technology Forum And Alliance Conference Of The New Energy International Investment Alliance Were Successfully Held

On April 23rd local time, the 2nd and 3rd International Finance and Frontier Technology Forum and Alliance Conference of the New Energy International Investment Alliance was successfully held in Paris, France, hosted by China Energy Construction International Group and the New Energy International Investment Alliance, and co-organized by Longi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Weiwang Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Zhongxinbo New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Renjie Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.

 

The theme of the conference is "Dual Carbon New Gathering Wisdom Born". Guests from the Chinese Embassy in France, the French Chamber of Commerce, the European Energy Storage Industry Association, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Representative Office in France and other industry associations, financial institutions such as Societe Generale, BBVA, China Export-Import Bank, Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and China Construction Bank, and guests from leading industry companies such as Electricité de France, Total Energy, Voltalia, and AKUO Energy gathered together to discuss new paths for green and low-carbon development, share cutting-edge technologies and financial innovation experiences, and make suggestions for connecting with high-end market needs, deepening international cooperation, and promoting high-quality development of the industry.

 

Ye Hui, Vice President of China Energy Engineering International Group and Secretary General of the New Energy International Investment Alliance, made a work report of the alliance, reviewed and approved the proposal for Societe Generale (China) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Weiwang Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. to join the alliance, and the member companies of the alliance conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on exploring the development potential of new energy in various countries around the world, innovating business models, and increasing the efforts of collaborative overseas expansion. By the end of 2024, the alliance has 1 guiding unit, 30 member units, 8 consulting units, and 6 observer organizations, with a total of 202 signed projects and a total installed capacity of approximately 38GW. These include 136 photovoltaic and solar thermal projects with an installed capacity of 28.57GW; 43 wind power projects with an installed capacity of 7.89GW; 12 biomass projects with an installed capacity of 0.908GW; and 5 energy storage projects with an installed capacity of 0.36GW.
